The machine would not turn on. The package appeared to have been re-sealed. It was really annoying to have to pack & unpack a non-functioning unit. I probably wouldn’t buy a product like this from Amazon again.

I bought this product to become healthier. I just don’t have the time to eat all the reccommended fruits & veggie servings. I am a new mom, and barely have time to cook anymore. How convienent that all you have to do is put the fruit in and drink what comes out! You can do it one handed, which is perfect for my situation, not to mention it is a lot healthier than any fruit juices you buy in the store. I would have given this product 5 stars, except that it seems like there is a lot of wasted fruit. When I went to clean my machine after the first juicing, it had lots of chunks that didn’t go through the machine. I used 3 oranges, 2 kiwis and a whole container of strawberries and it only made 3 medium sized glasses full of juice. Maybe this is normal…I know it takes off all the skins and pulp, but it wasn’t what I expected. Other than that, this is a A+ product that I would reccommend to anyone. Well worth the money!

I have used a Breville also and this is much better. The best improved feature is that the pulp does not get clogged in the lid. It is well-collected in the bucket and just a little splashes on the inside of the lid. Easy clean up with warm water. Looks great on the counter. Is a little tall to fit under the cabinet, so I keep the feed tube insert on the side. I was concerned that the three speeds would not be enough, but it works really well. Also, the feed tube is so tall that stuff doesn’t splash out all over the place. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I am a novice at juicing but this machine is easy to use, easy to clean, and the pulp is dry! I would highly recommend it.
